Unlocking Agricultural Credit Facility (ACF) and Small Business Recovery Fund (SBRF) for Ugandans by Bank of Uganda

The Agricultural Credit Facility (ACF) provides affordable financing to farmers, agribusinesses, and agricultural cooperatives to support their production, processing, and marketing activities. On the other hand, the Small Business Recovery Fund (SBRF) offers affordable loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have been affected by the pandemic. Both funds are administered by commercial banks and microfinance institutions, with oversight from the Bank of Uganda.
